Temple Square

So I went to temple square today with Ricky, Justin, and Katee. We originally went to see the new Joseph Smith movie but they were all sold out so we ended up watching the last half of Legacy and the First Vision movie, then we ate, hung out, and came home. It was fun although we didn't get to do what we wanted to. We are going to go back and see it cause Justin says it is really good. Last night Katee and I watched the phantom of the opera while I practiced on her hair for her wedding. It didn't work out as planned because all of my bobby pins were in my hair, which I had forgotten at the time. So... I just kinda curled it and left it down. Today for my book of mormon class I read the coolest talk given by Jeffrey R. Holland called Of Souls, Symbols and Sacraments it was given at a BYU Devotional in 1988 but it is amazing and I highly recommend it for anyone and everyone! Well.. that's about all for now. I'll put the pictures of Katee's hair up...Oh and I added a picture of her and her fiancee... how cute! And, she made that wedding dress.. amazing huh!?!?!

So, for FHE we went to a free Switchfoot concert in Park City in the canyons. It was a lot of fun... but kinda crazy. Kyle said Switchfoot concerts are usually really mellow but there were some freaks there last night to say the least. It was a lot of fun though and we were REALLY close to the stage. Here are some pictures. The picture that looks like a pair of hands with mittens on them. Those would be Heather's feet. We were so frozen that she put Kyle's mittens on her feet to warm them up on the car ride home.

M&Ms

Haha, so these are our funny pictures. Katee is in love with m&ms it's cute... she went crazy in the factory place. Here a picture of her and the m&ms gettin their love on. The other picture is of Jessica and I .... Katee wanted us to take a picture like that.. so... we did.. it is kinda funny and we look pretty silly. It's finally snowing... like blizzardish... here.. it's kinda crazy. Also, my backpack broke today so I had to come back and I missed class. It kinda sucks.

Vegas Baby!!

Hey, sorry about the long... wait. A bunch of friends and I just up and went to Vegas this last weekend. We had tons of fun! We got to see the sites and go to the temple.. it was awesome. Katee got to see the M&M factory. She was really excited about that! So I guess I should explain the weird pictures. We went to the wax museum in Las Vegas. It was tons of fun! We were pretty crazy though. I will have the M&M factory pictures up later.

Stupid Alarm

Ok, so I'm pretty mad that my alarm didn't go off this morning, so I missed my one and only class today. I don't know what the deal is but it really makes me sad. I will have to get the notes from someone I guess. Good thing it is at the beginning of the semester!! I've been practicing on Katee's hair for her wedding the past few nights which is pretty exciting. Here are the styles we've tried so far. I think my favorite is the updo.

Back Home

Hey I'm finally back at BYU yay! It feels good to be back! I missed everyone. Jess, Katee, Megan, Lisa and I had a fudge/hot chocolate party last night and watched the cheesiest movies ever. We watched the end of Saturday's Warrior and It's a Miracle. Oh man.. cheesy 80's movies are the best. I finally figured out my schedule too.. Talk about waiting until the last minute. I'm such a procrastinator. Oh well... That's about all that's happened so far. Nathan and Justin came during visiting hours and watched part of Saturday's Warrior. Haha... good times.

Crazy Stalkers

Ok, so there is this guy in my home ward that is totally hitting on me... Oh yeah, he is 33 and just divorced and.... not cool! Oh well.. today my family planted trees before getting poured on with hail. It was crazy.. we were running out of the woods. I felt like I was in a horror movie or something cause the sky was really dark and there was mud everywhere and we were running and it was hailing.. it was pretty cool.. All the way home it hailed .. and i drove.. not too much fun. Mom also had Kevin watch for funnel clouds cause of all the crazy tornados we've been having around here.. or I guess I should say.. they've been having. Then for FHE we cleaned out the attic.. Loads of fun.. but it needed to be done. Well.. that's all for now...

Yay! Check it out, I finished the Book of Mormon yesterday morning! Woo hoo, feels good to have that done, now I will just await my next assignment. My best friend Tia, and Matt came over last night and we partied with my brother. Jess called me today, yay! It's crazy to talk to people from BYU, it feels like I've been gone forever. I go back Saturday. I can't decide whether I'm excited or not. Well, time to go for now
