Guess what??

Woo hoo! I finally made it to third Nephi, probably the greatest book... ever! At least I like it a lot. Although it's pretty sad that all the good guys are pretty much gone now. :( Yesterday was a good day! I got to go see my grandma and cousins before they left to go home. Then I went to institute and listened to the missionaries and our teacher talk about some deep stuff. It was almost funny... almost. Oh yeah, I baked some cookies, that I must admit were delicious! Ok, well I don't have much to say today ....

I'm sick of thorns!!

So... you thought yesterday was bad... um... wrong! Today my dad decided to send all of us to the family farm... to help our cousin Brad clear out the area around the pond and make it nice so we can go to it... and actually have an enjoyable time... Well... Let me tell ya I've never seen so many vines and sticker bushes. Kevin and I worked for about three or four hours getting vines and sticker bushes off of just half of the pond. That wasn't so bad, but I didn't have gloves about half of the time so I'm a walking bandaid. But that's ok... we had a good time together. We don't get to see my cousins very much, they are from Maryland. We took family pictures afterwards, haha when we all looked like complete junk. Tonight though our family played cards again. It's nice to be home. :-)

Look what I found

Hey, I decided to actually get a website going since I'm horrible at keeping in touch with everyone. Hopefully this will work well enough. I will try to keep it updated and all that fun stuff... Let's see... today I did lots of neat things like..clean my room... I'm trying to finish the Book of Mormon for a second time this year... I'm only in Alma 37 though so I'm pushing it a little bit... .... I guess we will see how it goes. I found a really cool scripture today though Alma 34:10 "it is expedient that there should be a great and last sacrifice... for it shall not be a human sacrifice but it must be an infinite and eternal sacrifice." I'd never thought of it that way... that it wasn't a human being crucified and "sacrificed" for the world. He was infinite and eternal.. That's pretty cool.
